What is Coworking?


Coworking is an innovative approach to work in the 21st century. A flexible workspace, Vorq Space offers private ofices, cubicles, for small, established and startup businesses. No long term commitments, allowing you the flexibility you need to grow. The amenities available to our members include Wi-Fi, printer, copier, scanner, meeting/conference room, mail service, and a community of passionate business owners.




Is Vorq Space for me?


We work with a variety of businesses, from small, established to startup businesses. Our business owners are not interested in tying up capital and holding a long-term lease. Coworking provides shared workspace for corporations, companies, private businesses and individuals. You can rent a private office or a desk. You can also just drop in and work with us for the day.




How do I become a member?


Set up a tour and we will take it from there.




Should I wait until the 1st to join?


No, the day you start is the beginning of your month. No need to wait, just come on in.

What can I leave at Vorq Space?


If you have a private office you can leave any of your equipment and files that you need to conduct your business. If you are using our open spaces, then you can leave items that would fit into the desk storage provided.




What if I don’t use all the days in my package?


Vorq Space does not grant refunds for unused days. Unused days cannot be rolled over into the following month or shared with another member.




When and how will I be invoiced?


All invoices are raised on the first (1st) day of every month. All monthly fees are due on the fifth (5th) day of the month. Invoices are delivered via email / hard copy (as chosen by you) five days prior to the due date.




Do I need to pay to reserve a spot?


We require a deposit equal to a month when making your first payment.




Can I bring clients or my customers to Vorq Space?


Of course! Having a professional place to meet clients and hold meetings or workshops is a primary advantage of being a member of Vorq Space. Our conference room is equipped with a Flatscreen TV and a whiteboard! If you are in need of additional type of equipment, let us know! Who is responsible for damages to the space or property belonging to the space?


When becoming a member, you will have to mention the name/s of the person/s who will actually be using the space. In case of bookings for meeting / conference rooms, you can mention name of company or organization that will be using the facility for meeting/conference rooms. It is very important to note that the person/s or company/organization name/s mentioned in this section during the reservation process will be liable for damages to the space or property belonging to the space in line with the general and or specific terms and conditions of the space.




Will you have events for members?


Vorq Space offers workshops, networking opportunities and member events.




How do I cancel my membership?


We hate to lose you! But if you have to go, we ask that you give us a written notice (as per your membership terms).




Is Vorq Space pet-friendly?


Totally, as long as you dont bring in any endangered species. Wild animals and birds are prohibited as well.
